Posted at 6:21 AM by Brittany, on June 27, 2014

    1.  I’m back with a vengeance in regards to my rice cake addictions. The ideas are non stop, I need to open a rice cake shop. Latest and greatest: PB and honey rice cake with…jalapenos! SO good.

    20140620-130637-47197436.jpg

    2. I won a free half marathon that is scheduled for July 13th. I haven’t been running…at all…like..at all at all. I’m scared…

    3. Text messages like this complete me…

    20140620-130641-47201539

I like to make treats for my hikes, and it’s nice to know they are good.

    4. I’ve officially been sucked into Orange Is the New Black…damn.

    5. Seattle is my favorite.

    20140620-130636-47196859

    6. I love my blog layout, but hate how it makes my pictures look. The only way to get a clear detail is to click on them..ain’t no body got time for that! Not sure what I wanna do because my pictures ARE my blog.

    7. My cat goes bananas for watermelon.

    20140620-130638-47198993.jpg

    8. I go bananas for Chipotle. After my near death experience while hiking last week (OK SO I am exaggerating a bit) I ate a burrito the size of a small horse…all of it…and I didn’t stop to breathe.

    9. My cat food costs me $40 for two small 6lb bags. My cats = My kids.

    20140626-172947-62987811

    10. Today I’m off to Seattle for a meetup full of coffee, donuts, and Green Lake adventures with Alex!! SO JAZZED! Happy weekend!

    Q: What’s your confession?

Oh my gosh. Once you start OITNB, there’s no going back. I was sooo addicted! Best of luck at training for your free half marathon! I do the same thing with food for my pup. It’s about $65 for one big bag of food! Gotta treat the kids!

I binged on Orange is the new black a few weeks ago. I am pretty sure I have about 3 episodes left to watch. I did work on those seasons!

I will also say that ALL of your sweet treats make me swoon.

      SKYPE DATE ASAP.

Have fun on your Seattle date!

OITNB is addicting. season 1 took me all of about 12 hours to get through. i’m waiting for my roommate to catch up to watch season 2 though–not sure how much longer i can hold out.

i really want a coffee/donut/hiking extravaganza in WA!

Your cat eats watermelon! Next time we have watermelon, I’m going to have to see if Eddie (our cat) is interested (my guess is not unless he thinks the dog wants it-then he will eat it for spite). We also are those people who buy the grain-free expensive food for the animals, but Eddie has done well on it (less throwing up) and lost some of his belly fat.

I adore rice cakes and honey, buuuuuuut I think I’d have to replace the jalapeños with almond butter — I’m a complete wimp when it comes to anything spicy, and even the thought of biting into a jala makes me tear up a little…

Maybe you can make your right hand side bar a little smaller so your images and wonderful words have more space in the center?

I love that your cat adores watermelon and you spend a small fortune on their food. Sometimes I think my cats eat better than I do. Oh well; they’re worth it.

You are the first person to make me see rice cakes as anything other than diet food. Well done my friend.

I don’t have a custom website, but that would be a fantastic idea. You are always so smart. I happen to think the end of your comment is the best compliment. I hate that rice cakes are looked at as “diet foods” because whoa baby, I make them anything but!

Your jalapeno pic reminds me of when I was obsessed with cream cheese & jalapenos on rice cakes- SUCH a good combo! My confession is that no matter what, I just can’t go to bed without ending my night on something sweet- preferably chocolate 🙂

      It is so on.

Gosh and you put it on something a little sweet?
I like your style. Always have but this pushes it up to max capacity.

I’m-a add pickles to mine. And jelly (preserves). Maybe …apricot?

Also? WordPress blog templates are so frustrating. I feel your pain.
