This is the easiest/most adorable craft you could possibly do for a Christmas gift.

    20121221-100720

Salt shaker from Bed Bath and Beyond, a mini tree from Joanne’s, glitter, glue, saran wrap, and some ribbon! Simply glue the tree to the bottom of the shaker, put in whatever kind of glitter/fake snow you want, saran wrap the top so that the glitter doesn’t fall out, and wrap the top with a bow color of your choice!

    20121221-100708

I just can’t get over the adorableness.

Q: Have you made any holiday like crafts recently?? Share them with meee!!

Hahaha ohh that was good. I’ll be sure to stay AWAY from Seattle malls to avoid that scenario! I really do have the last Furby though…

wow, I have never heard of eggnog extract – I’m going to have to keep an eye out for that for next year. My eggnog cupcakes could have benefited from a shot of that. Yours certainly do look good though! And those salt shakers really are too adorable!

I’m as crazy as you – I totally love to watch the holiday shoppers and love it when the mall is a bit crazy.
I don’t need anything at all this boxing day..but I feel like I need to be out there at 7am with the rest of the shoppers looking for a sale on something – anything!!

That craft is ADORABLE! and the cupcakes look to-die-for-tasty! I haven’t made any crafts lately but I used to make this cool do-decahedron out of our Christmas cards from the year before! My mom has all of them that she hangs up each year. My one claim to fame 🙂

What?! You eat things that you haven’t posted about?!?! I don’t believe this nonsense. First, having Christmas shopping done feels fabulous. Second, those salt shakers are so cute. If I hadn’t finished my shopping I might go for that.

I DO NOT MAKE THINGS. Apparently I AM NOT A GIRL – well that’s according to EVERYONE I KNOW. Because I don’t bake. I don’t decorate. I don’t know how to dress. I don’t cook (well I can cook I just am too lazy most of the time). But wait, if I am not a girl… Then what am I? I am NOT A GUY EITHER cause I don’t drink beer, I don’t like watching football or basketball or baseball… I don’t watch porn… And I am def. NOT packing heat.

Okay, where the heck am I going with this?! LMFAO! I think I should just STOP now! Have a good “shindig” tonight! I am sure no one will notice that your cupcakes are vegan.. and BTW – they look like a 10, even if they taste like a 7.

This girlishness is so new to me I feel so foreign to it..but I like it! I still don’t act like a girl though, sometimes that gets me into trouble..oops. I think you are packing heat cause baby you’re making me HOT.

Wow..lets just pretend that never happened.

Nice to see the eggnog cupcakes you mentioned. I especially like the look of the frosting: very white. I got invited over for an all-vegan homemade early Christmas dinner on Friday night and was served a lovely glass of homemade vegan eggnog with rum. It was awesome. And so was the food. And dessert – which was chocolate chip-mint-oatmeal-walnut cookies.
On another note: I’m amused that you mentioned your consumption of other foods – stuff that isn’t baking. I get jokes about that too. I make tons of other, healthy, non-baking, food, but I usually just eat it. My blogging focus is on the baking. I joked once on my personal Facebook page that I also vacuum my floor sometimes too, but I don’t bother telling the world about it…but, then, I posted a picture of me holding my vacuum, vacuuming, just to prove the point. Anyway, enjoy the holidays, Brittany!
