This is what my running shoes look like.
The shoes themselves aren’t much, but the laces get me spotted from yards away. Multiple times now I have had someone tell me, “I saw your pink laces and knew it was you!” Or, “Those laces are hard to miss.” I like to think people driving in cars have this same thought, and notice me before they hit me.
These laces were given to me when I became a Sweat Pink Ambassador, and I want to give some of you guys the safety of bright pink laces. I have my last long run before my half marathon this weekend. 10 miles!! In spirit of the 10 miles, I will be giving away 10 pairs of pink laces!!
Don’t like pink?? Well…then I suggest you go to Walmart and get the color of your choice at an everyday low price. I know some of my readers are Sweat Pink Ambassadors as well, so for you ladies just leave me some comment love telling me about your experiences with your laces, tank top, etc..I won’t count your comments towards the giveaway!
To make this easy, all you have to do to enter is tell me what you would do if you won a million dollars. I will pick my favorite 10 entries and call it a day!! Be creative! Giveaway is open until next Thursday!

Loving the shoes, they look bomb. So bright. If I won a million dollars… hm I would save most of it because I am frugal like that (lack of creativity right there) but the rest would be spent furnishing my apartment and getting all the kitchen gadget goodies I have dreamed of. (ice cream maker top on that list! )

If I had a million dollars…..I would move out of our current place so we could move somewhere we can get a dog :), I would go to the SPCA and rescue one (or two!) and donate some money to them as well. And as for the rest….save save save :). Those pink laces are awesome, I wear pink ones on my hockey skates so all the boys know not to push me around ;).

What would I do if I had a million dollars? Shooootttt first have a party for no reason with family and friends. I’m planning that anyway once my 401K hits a milly! I would then invest in my own start up to set myself up to work for myself moving forward vs. da’ man and do what I really want to do and love. I know it may not sound that creative but I’m being honest. I would invite you to the milly party too Britt! 🙂

I actually already have bright pink laces! And bright blue and bright green as well! It turns out that I really like neon colors, haha! So I’m not officially entering this drawing since I already have them, but I know what you mean about people commenting on them! People comment on mine all the time too! 🙂

Those laces are right up my alley,my shoes currently sport a rockin pair of lime green ones 😉 I LOVE anything neon!!!! 😀 Hmmm if I won a million buckaroos, I’d probably go adopt a billion animals from a shelter, buy a ranch, and let them run free and play their hearts out!

Those laces are pretty damn awesome, I love bright workout stuff like that! If I had a million dollars? Oh mannn so many things would be done with it! A lot of it would be saved actually, and then just buy and buy and buyyyy everything I want! What a selfish answer lol

If I won a million dollars, I would first ask a money-smart person how much I need to save to not be considered an idiot about money…..and then I would go on a tropical vacation, come back and make my life really nice. Honestly, I wouldn’t do anything crazy—I don’t want lots of stuff, I just want nice simple things and a freaking awesome kitchen! P.s. I would quit some jobs and just do something for fun.

Genuinely, if I won a million dollars, I’d probably buy a condo and go on a vacation. Then I’d live the rest of my life exactly the same. Gosh, I’m boring.
However, if I won SEVERAL million dollars I’d host elaborate tea parties in my formal tea room every day. And I’d hire a chauffeur to take me and my dog (and probably my 20 other pets that I’ll be able to afford!) to the countryside whenever we want. And I’d buy a vacation house on the Atlantic!

Have you ever heard the Barenaked Ladies song “If I had a million dollars”? It’s a really cute song and I havent heard it in ages and now I need to find it to listen to!
Honestly if I had a million dollars I would save it to use after I finish my education. But it would probably also contribue my educate by means of allowing me to study abroad again 🙂

I would pay back my loans. Yep sounds boring but then I’d be debt free FOREVER. And then leftover, fly back to Hong Kong and visit the fam there again and give them some money to spend. whatever’s left, save it for future use. Yep … boring. But you should never fling money around when you win anyway! 😉

LOVE those shoes…so bright! I find that trainers are one of the few kinds of footwear where you can get away with neon colors!! And hey, anything which makes running safer in the dark is always a win!

Awesome giveaway! I think pink laces would trick me into being more active, just so I could lace up those sneakers.
If I won a million dollars, I would 1) scream and cry with happiness, 2) buy something completely frivolous, like a bedazzled KitchenAid stand mixer (don’t judge), and 3) put the majority of the money toward school, my family, and charity.
Aw heck, I’d probably scream and cry some more when it was all said and done!

A million???? Oh my, first I would come visit you and come by buffalo. As in I would ride one bc you are west of me and that is what you do out west. I would then purchase us a froyo store that we could be joint owners of and make lots of $$ off of. Finally, I would take you and your man and me and mine to some place with a vineyard resort. Drink. If I had a million dollars… well…. first I would by my mom a 1974 Jaguar – she’s been wanting one for a while. THEN, I would buy nothing. JUST KIDDING. I’d buy a cottage on Vancouver Island so that my family, friends, and whoever else can spend amazing summers by the water boating, cooking, roasting marshmallows, swimming, and all that fun jazz – Loving life basically 🙂 Except.. I might not get far with 1 million here in BC (aka bring cash) so I might need to find myself another million before the ‘ol cottage can be purchased! ha.

Im a Sweat Pink sista, but I just had to share my shoe lace story!! I went hiking at my daddys and when I walked out with my bright pink shoelaces on my daddy said ” well at least search and rescue will have no problem seeing you from the helicopter.” hahahaha
