What I’d Sell In My Food Truck
Most of my posts are random happenings throughout my days whether it be fighting dragons with my bare hands, running through hoops of 40 ft flames, or eating 20lbs of cruciferous vegetables in one sitting. However, on the rare occasion I decide to domesticate myself in the kitchen, I will post the recipes I have used here.
If it’s easy enough for me to make, then it will be easy for anyone.
I created this recipe page before I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease in 2016. Because I’m anti pharmaceutical – I choose to manage my symptoms through lifestyle, which means I don’t eat a lot of this stuff anymore. My mom still uses these recipes, and that’s all I needed to hear for this page to stay.

hahaha, I LOVE the name of this page. I often daydream about running my own vegan food truck. Mine would definitely feature a ton of chocolate too. I’m thinking a vintage caravan covered in teal glitter. 😉

I think you should have “own a food truck” as a life dream. I would make frequent trips out to the west just to visit you and your food truck 😀
Allison
I would totally be a regular customer at that food truck.

My friend & her boyfriend actually DO own and run a food truck! Their food is… WHOA BABY. Def doesn’t taste like something you might find in the back seat of a 1980 station wagon.

I swear 80% of my intake comes from fruits and veggies!! They just aren’t as fun to document though!! 😉

Come and park it on the main square of Bruges. Booming business! 😉

Something with white chocolate? I never understood the stuff and now that I’m moving toward vegan, it’s somehow become this amazing thing that can’t be truly veganized.
Brittany
I actually can’t stand the idea of white chocolate these days!! It’s so fake and sketch!! I do have the recipe for the original cookie up there, but I linked to the vegan version!! I have seen “vegan” white chocolate chips that I have yet to try and am slightly intrigued about!!

Is there a recipe for that muffin you’re about to devour?
Nice blog BTW:)

What do you think of raw chocolate? Do you know if it’s actually as good as it sounds? I like your blog by the way! 🙂
Brittany
I’ve had some raw chocolate that I liked, but it’s much more bitter than what most people are used to, so I like to use it when baking with things like dates or honey for added natural sweetness! It’s definitely nutritionally better for you!

looking at this, i want food now

thank you for these recipes. I am a compost cookie addict, and I am THRILLED that I will be able to eat them vegan style. (virtual high five)

Great recipes! I think I’ll start with that walnut sauce, but it’s hard to choose!
I added this page to my links on my Daniel Fast blog! (We can only use the ones without chocolate & honey, but you included so many savory options that we CAN use!)

Ohhh that’s awesome! I’ve seen a food truck for Plum Bistro downtown near Pike, but not familiar with the Ballard area.
