i could bore many people @ length about “my” running (started in 1964) but a big running event in my present life is the valentine’s race i put on every year — so show up THIS SATURDAY for the “Valentine’s Massacre Beverage-Prediction 3-mile run”.
short notice, huh?
i yoosta run a (“the big”) M every year, as the ” ! ” for that year. then, as runnin’ that much became diffyoccult, i’d then do a short-course TRI every year. for many years now my goal is to just simply live thru’ the year.
in a fit of madness, i talked “betty” into a frantic mass open-water swim (months away, yet) and i’ll do the bike/run parts of a tri.
it’s either stuff like that, or get serious about work.
